Eligibility: Participation in TopFams FAM trips is open to qualified travel agents and advisors holding valid credentials from recognized industry organizations including IATA, TRUE, TIDS, CLIA, and ARC.
Agent Selection: TopFams reserves the right to select participants for each FAM trip based on qualification criteria, booking potential, and destination relevance. Selection is at the sole discretion of TopFams.
Documentation Requirements: All participants must provide valid travel documents including passports with at least 6 months validity, required visas, and proof of industry credentials. Failure to provide required documentation may result in cancellation.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all FAM trip participants. TopFams is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are based on timing: 60+ days before departure (75% refund), 30-59 days (50% refund), 15-29 days (25% refund), less than 15 days (no refund).
Transferability: FAM trip spots are non-transferable without prior written approval from TopFams.
Participation Requirements: All participants are expected to attend all scheduled activities, site inspections, and meetings. Excessive absence from scheduled activities may result in future FAM trip ineligibility.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from participation in TopFams FAM trips shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Liability Release: Participants acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. TopFams, its partners, and suppliers are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or expense arising from participation in FAM trips.
